A historic rotisserie that reminds me of my childhood. My son now likes them too!
A place of great food that has guaranteed quality for decades, with the same managers and staff since I was little. A security in this neighborhood so changed over the past 40 years.
Pizza fallen to the ground and put back on sale, seen with my eyes
Are we joking ???? 250 days of pizza € 5.15 but there is no shame ever again !!!!
It is still as good today as it was when my mother took me there as a child.
Excellent quality and prices
It was born as a pizzeria but, paradoxically, pizza is the most normal thing you will find, because everything else is extraordinary: from the breaded chicken sticks to the veal meatballs, passing through the first courses, the lasagna, the supplì, in short, it is a crazy place . It is not cheap, indeed, but the foods you will take away from here are superior to those of many restaurants. Great Gino!
I just finished eating a pizza ordered by Gino on Deliveroo, with the distinct feeling of having been made fun of. The pizza is bad to say the least. It reminded me of those I ate at the university canteen. Gummy, tomato and very low quality mozzarella. It is certainly difficult to make good pizza, but it is equally difficult to make it so badly. You really have to commit! Last but not least: 16 euros for two slices of pizza, which they call "1/2 pan". We are at the levels of a tourist trap, stay away!
Very good, the pizza is crunchy and of different flavors. The speck and brie pizza was really good, crunchy and racy mozzarella. The gentleman who served me is very kind and helpful, fully respectful of the anticovid rules. Thank you so much I will definitely be back.
Bad bad ... I went because I've always heard good things about it. Pizza heated in the microwave .... practically become toasted. Bad
Historic pizza by the slice from the age of paninari ?
Very expensive and I didn't like the pizza (too chewy)
Small family restaurant without tables inside with a good selection of options for lunch: pizza, arancini, salads, pasta, there are also desserts. Delicious.
Typical rotisserie with ready and fresh food, to be eaten on the fly or served at home. Good quality both for the slice of pizza and for the frying, considering also the location in Corso Vercelli and the average / low price: 16 € for the one in the picture (2 water, 2 slices, 1 rice supplì, 2 courgette flowers) . Recommended if you are passing through the area and for a frugal bite! Kindness and resourcefulness of the staff would have conquered an additional star, too bad!
Historical place in Milan, the pizza is delicious and the staff is very polite. Highly recommended ...
Great spot for a quick bite to eat. Pizza was delicious, the portion was more than enough, and they even sell beer!
In the past it was considered a good place to eat pizza by the slice. Today the quality has deteriorated. Many fried foods are frozen products sold at high prices.
Good tasty pizza by the slice and a cold beer after a days walking around the sights of Milano. What more could you want?
€66 for 2 pizzas! Yes, big ones but still - paying €66 for not high quality pizza? They charge per kilograms - you can imagine how thick they try to make it...
Very good pizza place. It is charged according to how much the food weighs but it is very economical and of good quality. Recommendable.
What can be said of Gino ... One of the few "institutions" still present in the area. It has been there for 50 years. And not in a figurative way but right there inside, always smiling, affable, kind to children, he stops to chat. The pizza for me is the best of that type in Milan. Crunchy, tasty. Other things are also excellent. It's not cheap, but for what it offers, that's fine
Good place for a quick ready pizza if in a hurry
We presented by Gino with expectations pretty high, whose pizza There has been described as that of Spont * ni, but good and "genuine": it does not. Excessive price, I don't think it's fair to charge a slice of pizza by weight, that's why we paid over 10 € for just two fairly thin slices; taste, in the same way, leaves much to be desired, as they are heavy and lacking in identity. Not recommended by off-site students who have traveled to many places in Milan.
Good place for a slice of pizza when you need that hit.
Great food, the homemade pasta and the tradional italian dishes are fantastic. The concept of the place is " take and go" and the people working there are utterly friendly. Don't miss it if you find yourselves in the area!
Super
I’ve been going to da Gino for 45 years. Not only is this the greatest take out pizza in Milano; it may be the greatest takeout pizza in the world. It is truly out of this world and not to be missed and there’s a reason why it’s been there as long as it has and that’s because it’s freaking amazing. I can not recommend it enough.
Best place for a lunchtime takeout. All the items, not just pizza, are fresh and cooked to perfection. Expect long ques in rush hours.
Lovely pizza cut up into small pieces for easy to eat in the small restaurant.
Arguably the best pizza in Milano!! I love this place.
One of the best pizzas in Milan! Even if the former are not far behind! And above all fantastic staff ... Nice and very kind!
Best pizza in Milano
Legendary pizza place (Sliced Pizza). Possibly the best in Milan. The Arancini are to die for and a must if you visit (The ones with saffron and mozzarella). Gino taught Obama's cook how to make pizza, that should say it all!
